Damaged Items
We take extra care in packaging to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Packaging damage (e.g., dented boxes) does not qualify as a damaged product if the product itself is in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing info.credoom@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage. Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost. Please note, we do not refund or replace items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
